科能总部集研发、检测、生产、销售与服务于一体，是一座现代化综合型制造企业，总面积达150,000平方米，并通过SGS认证服务公司的ISO9001:2000质量管理体系认证，为产品质量提供系统化保障。

KNG’s headquarters integrates R&D, testing, manufacturing, sales, and service into a single modern, comprehensive manufacturing enterprise. Covering a total area of 150,000 square meters, it has been certified under the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system by SGS, providing systematic assurance for product quality.

03 千锤百炼，信诺始成

KNG科能总部拥有面积约700㎡的专业实验室，承担着产品性能验证与结构测试等核心职能。实验室采用远高于国家标准的测试体系，对产品进行长期、反复的系统化验证，这不仅保障了性能稳定性，更成为我们获得全球客户长期信任的关键。作为中国门窗五金行业的代表，我们曾受邀参与央视访谈节目《国货品牌崛起》，分享了科能在长期实践中积累的技术心得与创新成果，展现了国货品牌在专业领域的深厚积淀。

We operate a professional laboratory of approximately 700 square meters dedicated to product performance validation and structural testing. Using testing standards that exceed national requirements, we conduct long-term and repeated verification to ensure stable performance and earn lasting trust from global customers. As a representative of China’s window and door hardware industry, KNG has been featured on the CCTV program The Rise of Domestic Brands, sharing our technical experience and innovation achievements built through long-term practice.

04 以匠心，致精工

KNG科能始终坚持自主研发与自主生产的发展模式，以此实现对产品品质的最大化把控。目前，公司已形成完整的门窗五金生产体系，配备全自动冲压设备、自动化压铸车间、全自动喷涂车间，以及组装、机加工、研磨、仓储和模具设计等专业车间，覆盖家装门窗五金各类核心部件的生产。通过ERP等管理系统的协同运作，在保障品质稳定的同时，持续提升整体生产效率。

KNG consistently adheres to a development model based on in-house R&D and in-house manufacturing, enabling maximum control over product quality. The company has established a complete window and door hardware production system, equipped with fully automated stamping equipment, automated die-casting workshops, fully automated coating lines, as well as specialized workshops for assembly, machining, polishing, warehousing, and mold design, covering the production of all core components for residential window and door hardware. Through the integrated operation of ERP and other management systems, KNG ensures stable product quality while continuously improving overall production efficiency.
